A MESSAGE FROM MOM & DAD

Dear Son,

Joy oh Joy oh Joy is what we feel right now. Looking back to when you were a baby, we sometimes still reminisce at night about how you changed our lives in the greatest way. You were so easy to love as a child and such a joy to be around. Seems like a short time ago that we were up late watching Barney and filling your bottle up with chocolate milk. Time flew by so quickly and now we have arrived at this very special time.

Faith and Fear definitely played a part in raising you; however, you are our evidence that no matter how hard circumstances can be, we can get to the other side of ANY situation. We stayed in the battle and we made it!!!  God is good. And now to see you graduate from college is something we always dreamed of for you and our hearts are so happy. To witness is confirmation that when you put time, the right people and hard work into whatever you desire….anything is possible.

We admire you so much Gary. Your strength and ability to meet friends is just amazing. The qualities that you have are shown in the ways that you connect with all people.

What now… You have been provided with everything to prepare you for the next steps. Life will have ups and downs so take them on with your head up and with a positive attitude. Navigate with prayer and purpose. Believe!!!!

You are so ready… Continue on your journey knowing that your family and God is with you. Be patient and wait for your blessings. Be kind and grateful and always thank the people who are there and help you. Don’t forget how we got here – LOVE! To know love and to feel love will carry you a very long way because at the end of the day, it is all that you’ll ever need in this world.

Here’s what we have to say about your future… No matter what LIFE throws in your path. No matter what pain you may have to bear. No matter what suffering you may have to endure, or hardships you encounter. No matter what successes you may enjoy. No matter what happiness you may be blessed with…NEVER, EVER, EVER stop trusting in GOD.
